Sometimes things (in rowing) get stuck . . .
Sometimes things in rowing get stuck.
To get them *unstuck* sometimes you need more torque.
To get more torque sometimes you need more leverage.
To get more leverage sometimes it helps to have a bigger tool.
Remember, this is just *sometimes*.
Not always.

I know the torque trick well. Well enough to know that using an adjustable wrench is also a last resort as they never fit as well as a box wrench. Since you are usually very clear as to the why and how of the methods you illustrate I thought I would point this out.
That is a great point Tony. You caught me in a moment of brain lapse.
The reason NOT to use an adjustable, as Tony notes, is that the chance of the wrench actually
breaking is fairly high. An open end wrench would be a much better choice.
Thanks for the clarity!
A few things:
-I hate to be a snob, but wouldn’t this be called a “breaker bar”? A torque wrench is a socket wrench calibrated (or with an indicator) for applying a specific amount of torque to a fastener.
-This might go without saying, but an addition to this approach might be to use a penetrating lubricant (my favorites are Corrosion Block and PBlaster).
-I think your voice on the video comes across as very authoritative.
That said, I do like the use of square aluminum tubing!
