THere are two resources from the UK that I know that may help your collegue, Pat.

One is Paul Thompson&#039;s &quot;Sculling&quot; book which includes drills in the chapter on technique [incedentally maybe you should comment on the chapter on rigging?]
And two DVDs one is also by Paul Thompson and is &quot;Rowing and Sculling&quot; and another was produced by FISA &quot;Effective Sculling Technique&quot;.  Both have some drills included but it is a sub-text to the main story.
You can buy the Paul Thompson things from Rowperfect.co.uk and RegattaSport in Canada sell the FISA DVD.
