Can interactive video make your rowing faster?
I tried this new device from Active Tools. (Not on the water, in a nice safe lobby.)
Interactive video, so you can see what you are doing while you are doing it.
They also are getting ready to gear up with adjustable sneakers made from material like Crocks.
Pretty interesting stuff.
